Assign workouts and validate the correct program for today or tomorrow.

Reset Sync App

Automatically downloads today's workout videos and session data to the local machine. Use Reload Data only if there is a sync issue or missing content.

Launch TV1 to TV6 in order, map audio output, and play the active session across screens.

01

Pre-Open

  • Power on all TVs.
  • Confirm TV mapping and screen readiness.
  • Verify TV1 Bluetooth and other TVs on Optical.

Launch

  • Launch the TV App from TV1 through TV6.
  • Confirm the active session type is correct.
  • Use Smart Coach to preview the scheduled workout.
03

Run Live

  • Use TV1 remote if workout timing must be advanced manually.
  • Watch for black screen, freeze, or signal issues.
  • Escalate only after the recovery path is completed.
04

Transition

  • Exit and relaunch the TV App for the next session type.
  • Repeat checks before Standard, Adhoc, Teens, or Corporate.
  • Prepare the next preview if required.
