Daily SOP
Daily operating checklist for trainees
Pre-check
Review the scheduler, verify the expected workout, and confirm the class timings before any app is launched.
Preview
Use Smart Coach to review today's workout, warm-up and cool-down, and equipment requirements.
Launch
Power on all TVs, launch the TV App from TV1 through TV6, and confirm TV1 audio is connected correctly.
Recover
If something fails, check Sync, playback, or schedule status before escalating to the Tech Team.
Learning Targets
What new staff should be able to do independently
Log into every core system
New staff should be comfortable accessing Scheduler, Smart Coach, Sync App, and the TV App without assistance.
Run a normal session day
They should be able to prepare the workout, launch the TVs, and switch session types correctly during the day.
Handle first-line issues
They should know the first troubleshooting steps before reporting a problem to the Tech Team.
Recommended training flow
Walk new staff through Scheduler first, then Smart Coach, then Sync App, then TV App, and finally live troubleshooting practice using the existing guides in this portal.
